Bella's Tea Room
Bella's Tea Room is owned and operated by Mia and Al Rosas of Baltimore County. The couple moved to the United States in 1982 from Lima, Peru. The Rosas' have over 30 years of experience in the food industry. They previously own the Bamboo House in Cockeysville from 2008 to 2010.
Mia's dream was to bring the enjoyment of family afternoon tea to the public. As a young girl in Peru, afternoon tea was a regular routine in the household. She passed along the tradition to her daughters, Marilyn and Mia. Our mission at Bella's Tea Room is to give our guests a family friendly atmosphere while enjoying delectable foods and a variety of tea blends.

As a family owned business, we want our guests to feel at home. The decor inspiration of Bella's Tea Room was Mia's very own home! The tea room was named after the Rosas's first family dog, a golden retriever named Bella.

When the Rosas' are not working, they enjoy their free time with their four grown children, Marilyn, Denis, Pepe and Mia, grandson Oliver and their dogs, Luigi and Sophie.
